Many years ago I started to make homemade fudge sauces. When my granddaughter Madeline visited me, she always asked for some of my sauce. As she grew older, she would help me make it. When I decided to start a business there was only one name that came to mind "Madeline". I hope all of you enjoy the sauce as we think it is the best.
